  • Message and data rates may apply.


6. Warranties & Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute not resolved by mutual agreement will be adjudicated in the courts of Illinois.


14. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Treanor Advocacy may seek injunctive relief if necessary to protect its rights or intellectual property. Jurisdiction lies in Illinois courts for such relief.

17. Severability & Miscellaneous

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.

  • No failure to act on our part constitutes a waiver of any right.
